Packaging: All orders (excluding hampers) are carefully packaged in our stylish cartons, complete with frozen ice-gel packs to maintain optimal cheese temperatures, and paper straw for added protection.
Delivery Times (UK and Northern Ireland):
Processing Time: We aim to process and ship all orders within 2 working days, subject to stock availability, and no longer than 5 working days.
Shipping Notification: You will receive an email notification on the day your order is shipped.
Delivery Service: All deliveries are sent overnight on a guaranteed next-day delivery service. In most cases, a signature is not required.
Special Instructions: To ensure your cheese arrives in perfect condition, please add a note at checkout with a suitable place to leave the order if you are not home, or an alternative delivery address (e.g., a nearby neighbor). Note: This must be within the same street or immediate vicinity to avoid extra fees.
Delivery Guidance: Our delivery times are for guidance and not a guarantee. We cannot be responsible for delivery times once the item is dispatched to our carrier.
Delayed Delivery: If you wish to delay delivery beyond 5 working days, select an ideal delivery date at checkout. We will ship the order the day before this date using a 24-hour courier service.
Event Deliveries: For events such as birthdays, parties, or weddings, we recommend allowing an extra day or so as a buffer in case of delays.
Saturday Deliveries: If you select Saturday delivery, we will attempt to ship your order by the first Saturday. If this is not possible due to stock or other reasons, we will ship in time for the following Saturday.
Gift Orders: For gift orders, we will send them as quickly as possible. In rare cases of specific cheese stock shortages, we may substitute with a similar cheese to avoid delays.
Delivery Days: We ship orders from Monday to Friday for delivery from Tuesday to Saturday. We do not deliver on Mondays or Sundays.
Remote Areas: Certain parts of the British Isles, including the Islands and the Scottish Highlands, may experience longer delivery times. Saturday deliveries and choosing a delivery date are not available for these areas.
