A semi-soft washed rind cheese made from unpasteurised Guernsey cow’s milk by Village Maid Dairy. The rind is washed with Soundwave IPA from Siren Craft Brewery in Berkshire. Soundwave IPA helps this cheese promote a tangy, punchy flavour with a buttery texture.
